Independent asset managers offer their clients customized services devoted exclusively to protecting their interests and backed by the security of first class Banks.

A threefold relationship takes place between the client, his custodian Bank and the asset manager:

The client already has a bank account or wishes to open a new account with an institution of his choice (XL PARTNERS is authorized by most leading Banks to carry out these formalities).

He/she signs an administrative power of attorney authorizing the Bank to accept management instructions with the exception of any withdrawal of funds.

The relationship between the client and XL PARTNERS is governed by a separate agreement that defines the management objectives. It is drafted in accordance with the guidelines of the Bahamas Laws.
